The NPORS Operator Card is a record of training/assessment an individual has undertaken to prove their ability to safely operate or drive an item of plant machinery or equipment.
Registration with NPORS lasts for three or five years from the date of first initial test. We do advise three years for industrial categories or five years for all other categories. This should be discussed with the Training Provider and Customer requirements at the time, therefore encouraging re-training/testing and in turn improving safety and efficiency in workplace transport.
The categories on the reverse of the Operator Card can be validated by contacting NPORS on 01606 351240.

Operator registrations will only be accepted through an Accredited Training Provider (ATP) registered with NPORS.
To find a Accredited Training Provider (ATP) that best suits your needs, use the Find a Training Provider function.
The NPORS Operator Card will only display the following information:
Operators Name;
NPORS Registration Number;
NPORS Card Expiry Date;
Category Test Details (Test Date, Category, Instructor);
Restrictions and Attachments if required.
The information on the NPORS card can be validated by contacting NPORS on 01606 351 240.
